i made this a couple years ago and found it in a craft closet.
(well, i didn't make the dress, just embroidered on it.) someone made it by hand though.
it's so cute and mod with a low mock turtle neck, bright orange polyester hits about mid thigh. says "steelhorse rodeo" on it.
Fits a size 10, I'd say.
